I don't remember them being overly stretchy, maybe just a bit. 20-30% spandex I think. I won't be home to check until 8-9ish

No problem but I was wrong about spandex % earlier they're only 2% spandex BUT they do have more stretch to them than you would think. Really soft too !

I believe they're a true 11, if anything though I'd say small but im also used to boot cut style jeans.These were my first straight leg/skinny style. I'll measure the waist on a pair of size 10's just to compare and give you a more educated answer & Thank You ! Fanning Back :~}

The waist on these (11shorts) is 35 , waist on the 10's is 32.Not sure which size fits you best but I have a couple pair of size 10 stretch boot cut jeans listed on ebay so if they don't sell I can list them here if you're (or anyone else following the comments) interested let me know.
