Simplify Plaque.......new with tag, never used or displayed. This item has been in my storage for years. Measures 7 & 1/2" x 5 & 1/2" (size does not include the wire hanger) . Not sure of the content...looks like slate but could be resin.....quite weighty for it's size. No combined shipping with this item.

Comes from a smoker/pet friendly home. However......
All Listia items are kept in a non-smoking, sealed off area of our home........ if it still bothers you, you may want to reconsider.
