Works great. I used it with Sprint, but I switched to another carrier. Includes the phone, battery, a protective rubber case, and a USB cord for charging and transferring data.

Phone has been reset to factory settings.

I don't see any significant scratches or dents on it. I took pretty good care of it and kept it in a case.
Yes, you can set it to connect to wifi networks.

When you switched carriers did you leave Sprint before fulfilling your contract with them? If you changed after your contract was up then anyone on the Sprint network should be able to activate the phone with no issues.
