spindle for spinning yarn This Funky looking spindle is so so fun! It spins wonderfully. I had a hard time decideing if I want to sell it or keep it. It would make a wonderful first spindle or work well for an experenced spinner. My spindles are inexpensive but made with lots of love and care. I want them to last your lifetime and If you have any problems let me know. Now down to brass tacks. The dowel is oak and measures 11 1/2 inches total, the whorl is 2 1/2 inches square and about a 1/2 inch thick. The hook is hand made with nontarnish silver look thick wire. It has been stained and coated 3 times with clear coat. It measures about 9 inches from worl to tip. The weight is 1.6 oz

Yes I did and just to let everyone know the last time I sent out a spindle it was 5 dollars for shipping I do live in Indiana and depending how far is how much the shipping cost it is under a lb and the box I use is small. So hopefully it will be under 5 dollars!!! God Bless happy bidding!
