No, because this is 32-bit software only, sorry! You can check whether your computer is 32 or 64 bit by knowing how much RAM there is. Anything more than 4 GBs and its 64 bit. Anything less and its 32 bit.

Yes, it is the FULL OS. The only pre-requisite is that your computer already be running windows XP or 98 or even Vista already, but I don't know why you would buy another.

You can have 4gb of ram and still run 32-bit version of windows, It just wont utilize all of it and it will just say its only using "3.??"gb of ram.
