The waist straight across is 7"...it is stretchy around the waist so it will fit up to age 7 I'm sure....My granddaughter is 8, but small and just outgrown them..thank you for watching :)

my granddaughter is a tiny age 8, but she wore these from age 4 to age 7... the waist straight across is 7" these are the only ones I have.
