Easy Rider car harness. Works for walking also. Heavy duty padded harness can easily be buckled into seat belt is the car or attached to snap on dog car - seats. My toy poodle grew out of it as he got to 12lbs instead of 10lbs! This fit fine when he was 8 or 9 lbs and smaller. It says it for toy-sized dogs. Adjustable. Padding slightly discolored, but will be clean when I ship. No defects. Easy to put on.

Questions & Comments

Can you measure the inches around the main strap that goes around the animal's chest? This will give me the best idea of how large it thinks "toy dogs" are.

I'm actually trying to see if it will fit my little cat, who tolerates harnesses. Do you think it will?

I would guess it would. With the adjustable straps all the way extended it's about 15-16 inches. It doesn't lie flat, that is why I'm giving a range. :-) Amazing that your cat tolerates a harness! My dog barely does. Lol!
