This auction is for one package of N.Y.C. Smooth Mineral Loose Eye Powder Kit with waterproof sealer for lining. You can use it wet or dry. This is a three piece kit. It contains Loose eye powder of 0.04 oz. weather proofer liner sealer 0.036 fl oz. and shadow/ liner applicator.

The directions for using it as liner:
tap loose eye powder in lid. Add 1-2 drops of weather proofer liner sealer to powder. blend well. using the very tip of applicator brush, apply waterproof eye powder close to base of natural lashes.

thanks the color is frosty shimmer. I am glad you like it. It is very neat because you can use it as eye liner also. and it's waterproof!!!!
