So, this things is actually kind of awesome, but my son has outgrown it. He's only used it a few times so it's in like new condition. It was bought new at Christmas time last year from Walmart.
It makes sounds and honks, plays music and rocks like a rocking horse! Good luck!

Also I think it's up to 3yrs, but it's low to the ground so my son has already outgrown it because he's tall for his age. He got it right at his 1 year birthday and has had it since and he's 2.5 years old now. Hope that helps
