While stock pictures are allowed in auctions, they should not be the only pictures shown. This item is awesome. Got one for my little brother about a year ago and within a week he was familiar with all of his letters when he hadn't recognized any of them before that! Given he got tired of it after he knew all of the letters, but it is well worth any cost for being a great learning tool. Good luck on your auction.
