Fun fact--this figure was originally going to be released in another Marvel line around that time as two different characters. For the Iron Man series (based in part on the cartoon airing), first they were going to do U.S. Agent (which did get made, but only sold in foreign markets), and then for a fifth wave of figures, it was going to be made into the Iron Man villain Living Laser.
