Information such as make, model number, condition, any known issues and any other specific details particular to your item will go a long way in instilling confidence in potential bidders. I have always had Verizon wireless and it is programmed for them as a carrier.

I can not upgrade this phone. I mistakenly thought this phone could be upgraded and I was wrong. This model does not have wifi capabilities.

After further investigation, blackberry 8330 has no wifi capabilities. Also I can not upgrade it there is no current service to this phone.
