This is one of my favorite dresses! But I have lost a bunch of weight and can not keep it on any more. This dress will make you look 2 sizes smaller! It did on me. Really, that's one of the reasons I liked the dress. lol It is in GREAT condition. Never wrinkles and machine wash and dry. Great gift or keep for yourself! IF THE CREDITS GO OVER 300, I WILL PAY TO SHIP THE DRESS!

No The skirt is hanging of the hanger. I am 5'4" and it hits me right at the ankles. I dont wear short dresses. lol my legs have not seen the daylight since the longer dresses are in style.lol
