So, just to get this straight--if the winner is in the US, the shipping is free, however if the winner is outside the US, then the shipping is not free?

please ignore the comments that are hidden or will be said. I would never put something on here that was that bad. I am not being rude or nasty. I have dealt with avon and never had any issues with their products. I have some avon polish at my home and I do my childs nails and it dries within normal timing. please forgive me for someone elses actions, if this person continues to leave negative remarks I will continue to block and hide the comment. thank you for believing in my auctions and have a good day
