these are carpenter style jeans mostly for winter as they are completely lined with flannel on the inside. My son never wore them he didnt like the carpenter style jeans.

26 3/4 but they can be rolled up at the bottom because they do have the flannel lining.

yes they are adjustable inside waistband.
