Now the tiered part:

Up to 100 - choose 1 dvd

At 200 - choose 2 dvds

At 400 - choose 3 dvds

At 600 - choose 4 dvds

At 800 - choose 5 dvds

At 1,000 - choose 6 dvds

If bid reaches OVER 5,000 you can choose any 10
If bid reaches OVER 10,000 you can have all 15
