This is a sexy little black dress from Wet Seal. It's a size small and it's a stretchy material with a nice silky feeling. Barely worn. It is short, like thigh length short, with fake pockets, as shown in the last picture. No spots, tears or catches. New condition! Don't let this one slip by!
