I have used this over the past year w amazing results. A slightly bit less expensive and IMHO a LOT better than the WEN label. Directions.

Shampoo: Apply to wet hair, massage, and rinse. Follow with DermOrganic Masque.

are there any nuts in the ingredients, I'm allergic and it can be really hard for me to find an organic/vegan/natural hair or body care product that doesn't have any nuts
