1969 US Mint Philadelphia Bronze Medal - I believe this was sold in the gift shop by itself, and/or it came as a part of US Mint sets, sold at the mint, and was in place of the dollar coin.

For this first site, page all the way to the bottom first then page up a little to 2nd to last listing. Cost of $37! I've seen for both $12 and $23 on e-bay (1 of the 2 listed at $23 sold)

It gives it a figure of 92 out of 100 for rarity (100 being most rare), though I find that a little hard to believe.
