They are beautiful pink clusters of Heart shaped leaves, mini heart shaped flowers and then seeds. The hummingbirds and the butterflies love them but if you are raising bees then this is your plant. They die down in the winter but come back in the spring. The tubers will resprout if it is cut back or damaged by frost.
Where ever the seeds fall they sprout. The plant will form tubers on the roots..then they can be transplanted if you so desire..I would just plant the seeds where you want them. Now is a great time to plant them as they are just coming back out again and will bloom in the fall.

They climb all over whatever they are by, porch, trees, trellis, etc. I have them over my deck and they are gorgeous when in bloom.

Info I can find is zones 8-11 are the best for it.
