A match safe, aka holder, , whatever. Thanks for your interest. is used to have wooden matches handy for lighting fires, lanterns, stoves

This is for wooden matches. You can put the box of matches in the top and they dispense out the bottom. You can light them on the side if you want to. Oh no, am I revealing my age? They are extreemly useful and safe.
