I did reset the phone back to factory settings. There is some tiny marks where the hard phone case wore it out but another case would cover it.

There is a screen protector on it! been there the from the time it was bought.. so the screen is in new condition under the protector, I will keep it on you can decide if you want to keep it on or not.

At this time I do not have a charger but I'm sure I can find one laying around somewhere.
