I think they are both fleece. Very soft!!!

I got it that way... I shipped it back once and then they shipped me another one with the same loose buttons...oh well...worn once as little red riding hood.

I really like the cape but am not so fond of he jacket. if I am the winning bidder would you be willing to one just send me the cape and you could relist the jacket by itself and two lower the shipping cost a little bit? please let me know because I would love town that cape. thanks

Sure...I only have medium and large flat rate boxes...but I can fit it into a medium flat rate box for you...it would bring shipping down to 10 if thats okay? ;-)
