I noticed you have one negative and that really brought your feedback down because you are new. When I looked at the negative I realized it for this same ring and the buyer said it's fake. So do you mind explaining on here what went wrong? Why did she think it's not real?

i was dealing with the lost of 2 family members so i messaged her and told her i would send it as soon as i could and after i sent the ring she wanted her credits back. i dont know why she said it was fack she never seen it or anything. but after i gave her her credits back i went to the post office and told them what happend and they gave me my ring back
