Forever 21 tribal dress size small. I love this Dress, just won it from a favorite seller & it is a bit too small:( My Loss, could be your gain!

Funny, it is not really a rip. I just undid the part of the strap, she "tied" around the white metal "rings" at each side, back & it is just un-stitched from the fabric. So, if you sew, looks like you just put the end through the ring, and stitch it back down to the fabric. A bit under 1/4" across. It just seperated. Thanks! Thanks! Will fan back. Behind the bust, at back, there is comfy thinner elastic & I would say it would fit a 32" to 34" chest-(34" max.) underneath & under the front is about 2" of cute smocking. Length from the back center to hem is 22" From the Top of each "cup"( which are unlined) but very soft, at the point where the Strap is sewn to the tops of breasts, to the hem measures: a tiny bit over 26" in length. I usually wear a Small, it just seemed a bit tight in the chest? It is really so pretty! I am Sure it would fit a size 3 or a 5 just fine:) thanks:) The 2 rows of Brass Beads or Studs, stitched around the Dress, 3" from the hem are awesome & all accounted for! The one strap only needs to be put through the Loop & stitched back down. No tears or rips! Thanks for your interest!
