The listing, Genuine LEATHER Biker/Riding Pants has ended.

Black Leather Pants, barely worn. Very well made. The tag reads "34", but that is the length. The waist is 30 or 32. I would guess a size 7/8 in ladies.
There is a tiny white paint spot above the back pocket, as seen in picture 5. Barely noticeable.

That sounds off to me...do you mean that the waist is 30" or 32", or did you mean the hips? Could you measure the hip section when laid flat? I'm a size 6, and my hips are about 37"...F&W. :D
