This is an OLD Navy Dog Raincoat size SMALL, previously owned (actually won it from here, but too big for my Chihuahua), NEW like condition, No rips, tears, holes, snags or even stains. Very soft Black fleece material on the inside, Velcro strap closures around the neckline and the chest area. It is Blue and Gray w/ Silver reflective borders. Has a hole at neckline for a Collar or a Harness! It also has a zippered pocket with velcro closure over the pocket! Very, very nice and would fit a SMALL Dog like: Pugs, small terrier breeds, maybe even a small Pomeranian. It measures 13 inches from neck to base, 16 chest and 10 neck, with plenty of room for expansion to fit a bit larger sized dog.
