This is the wizard of oz mini figurines from the yellow brick road collection. It includes the tin-man and scarecrow. The boxes are in descent condition, but the tin-man has some dents in the plastic due to four years in storage. Happy Bidding!

I found out that there 3inch tall and probably made of plastic. they retail for $25 a piece back in 2005.
