Brand new without tags. I got this for my sons baby shower and its just been sitting in my closet. Never used. Colors are really vibrant blue and lime green on the inside. Keeps baby warm and cozy. If you have any questions feel free to message me :)

Yes you put this on the carseat fit. Slip in baby and then zip it. It's like a blanket that won't fall over. Waterproof on the outside. I live in San Diego it's hot here all the time and I am one of those weird moms that doesn't take out her babies at night haha. So no use really here. My family from Miami sent it and they think its cold in San Diego. Colder than Miami yes but definitely not cold enough for this. Best for northern states I believe.
