is it a towel type material like regular beach dresses....or is it like cotton?

cotton :) and it doesnt show in the pics but has a drawstring tie at the waist so you can adjust it how you want

yeah... mine was dead and i used my moms, and the pics r so dark bids r crapp! so madd!!! they should have gotten much higher 4 wat they are!!! brand new items... and ive put up used ones and gotten more, cus pics were clear.... yeah i was guna ask if it was black or brown. then i saws you said the brown was nt it bt was like it, and then saw its navy blue, nt black. lol. so cute though!
