I bought it used, I can't speak for the case, but this DVD is not shipping with the case. Just the disc, artwork, and any inserts. The artwork is original.

does it skip at all? and you will be shipping it just the disc, will it be in a paper case or anything to keep it from scratching in the mail?

It will be protected. I have some envelopes that I ordered, not sure if they'll be here in time, but I've shipped a lot of discs like this and know how to protect them.

The last time we played the disc, there were no skips on it.
