Ya can get for about 5 bucks on line but my wife has long hair I know she use stuff like this, how long you think it would last her?

It depends how long and thick her hair is. I have short/medium hair, so I use a little bit after I color my hair. She shouldn't need the whole bottle in one application. It's supposed to be applied after you color your hair, but it can be used after washing also. It should last her a few months if used sparingly.
