I am sorry but I was unable to upload any real photos at this time. These images came from google images. I did buy this item at a library book sale, and it does have a crack in the back of the case, a price sticker on the front of the case, and the case is broken in the top left corner, to where the case comes apart when you open it. The disk does not have any significant scratches.
