This may seem silly but.. I have a small problem with this line.

"This auction is for a BRAND NEW still FACTORY SEALED copy of: "

The problem I have with it is that it includes the word "Copy". The only reason I bring this up is because I had actually bid on and won an auction on E-bay with a similar description and when I received the item, it was indeed a burned "Copy" of the game.

because of that I'm always leery when i see that word included in a description of game auctions now.

Like I said..it may be a bit silly but just to clarify, this is "BRAND NEW still FACTORY SEALED" and not a burned "Copy" of the game, correct?

This game is BRAND NEW, from the store (not sure which one anymore, the price tag has been removed, I used to buy alot of games). It is most definately not a burned copy. Honestly, I do not even know how to do that. But if you are still interested and have further concerns, you can check my feedback and see what other recipients of my games have said. I do appreciate your bringing this to my attention. I will correct this in the future. :)
