i do not see a maker's mark. cannot id it. could be from the 80's could be from the 50's could be from the 20's...

please advise if you know anything about this piece..

sorry for the long wait... it measure between 5.5 and 6" across because of the scallop and also it's about 3.5" tall.... the sticker reads glass eye made in usa. . .
