It's a Verizon prepaid phone and I personally did the esn change for my client so I know it works perfectly. It came off of the Verizon 70.00 monthly prepaid plan which is unlimited talk/text w/2 gb of data so I assume it should activate w/page plus if you so desire. Comes with charger/data cable only.
