Graviola Tree grows the soursop or Guanabana fruit. The Soursop/ Graviola Tree is known for its medicinal properties. The fruit itself is tasty. Zone 10 and 11 only in tropical areas (Florida) or greenhouse only!

I recently sent some of these seeds to someone who said they grew them up North, they said they died back in winter but sprang up every year; if you want to take your chances.
