These tights/ leggings are so cute for a little girl. Worn only once, in excellent condition! Size Medium/ Large by Poof! Leggings are all black and have 2 silver shiny hearts on bottom as seen in photos. Nylon/spandex mix. machine washable. Ships FAST and FREE! Hi there hhoegen, these would not fit an infant or toddler, more like a girl from ages 6-10. I got them a few months ago for my step daughter, but she got taller and no longer wore them. No stains or holes and yes I send them through the mail, one pair of pants but I usually include a FREE gift of some sort with them! :)
