Items come from a non-smoking household. I do have cats....they don't smoke either.

Measurements are that of the garment....please make sure that your measurements are a little bit smaller to allow for a comfortable fit.

my concern is my daughters arms are 10 1.2 she does karate and had muscles could you measure the circumference of the arms.

No problem....at the sleeve seam from top to bottom measures 8" - doubled is 16" there. Sleeve is 15 1/2" from shoulder to sleeve opening and 13 1/2" from underarm to sleeve opening. The sleeve would be about 14" around at the middle of the upper arm and about 12" where the middle of the forearm would be above the wrists. I hope that is enough info for you to decide.
