either, as long as your cell phone is an unlocked phone it will work & it is a pre-paid straight talk sims card that does bounce of the t-mobile towers, but like I said it doesn't really matter as long as you have an unlocked At&t or T-mobile cell phone that's all, so good luck & happy bidding!!!

yes, straight talk does bounce of Verizon towers but this straight talk sims card is T-mobile conpactable meaning it uses T- mobile towers.
