Here is a formula on how to do an estimated calculation on exact shipping:

go to usps.com and select calculate price, put in my zip code(from the location spot), than put in ur zip code, pick the package selection, when u hit that the weight will come up, i will have the weight of the item only without the box in the description, that will bring up a whole list of ways to do postage.

Usually the only way I send anything out is via parcel post or first class(because they are the cheapest form of postage), tracking is extra so that is another 90 cents add to postage(u pay that just let me know if u would like it before I give you the exact shipping after the auction). If u want insurance than the charge is $2.00(sorry USPS went up on me).

Please know that Sellers are allowed to charge reasonable shipping if they choose; it is also your choice as a Buyer whether to bid on an item that charges shipping. This Seller is very clear about shipping charges. One abbreviation that puzzled me as a new user was "GIN". It means Get It Now, if a Buyer bids the number of Credits stated they win immediately & the Auction ends. This Seller posts that if a Buyer bids 9,500 Credits shipping is Free. Hope that makes Listia clearer for you .
