Hi! I think it's beautiful, but the photos seem to show a black stone, just want to verify that the stone is blue?

No this stone is actually a Saphire but it runs more black than blue. Like all precious stones you have the Carat, Cut, and Color and this one not being a grade A stone is much more black than blue. This is a overstock from my brick and mortar store(prior to closing for health reasons). When we got it shipped in I wondered so we took to one of our regular jewelers who said it was a Saphire and gave me the answers I have given you. Thanks for stopping by and looking at the auction. I also really appreciate the question. :)
