If you ship through the post office have them stamp it media - sometimes $$ is less. Inquire with them - I have gotten this many cook books from others and they send media mail - might be 1/2 of what you are asking for shipping...

I CHECKED they said media mail is cheaper but it is the last mail the post office sends must be out the whole bag must be full before they send it . so at this moment if someone perfers this option i will do it and charge them what the po charges me but can;t confirm when u get it . lady said it can take over a week at christmas time a lot more time
