Update...found this issue (240) on Comicon valued at $38.10 in this condition, so...???

Ok, you really can't grade comics by looking at pictures maybe if they were high quality scans then yes but no way is it worth $38 according to the Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide this comic is worth $18 in NM- (9.2) condition which this is not

Unfortunately we ALL love to think that whatever we are selling is a "Creampuff" much as that would be nice, no one knows EVERYTHING about anything. I also see this as a $4 to $5 dollar comic, since we are not using actual money to trade with...what does it matter? The market will allow you to get its true "Sellable" value, I sell comic sometimes and trust me ... you'll do fine with this.
