I don't think they'd be very Comfortable, even though they'd 'fit'~ you know how the crotch sags & you hafta keep pullling them up if they're stretched at the knee to hip? I'm just guessing, and they're completely stretchy, so i could be totally wrong about it, but i think these might do that at anything beyond a Large, honestly. ;/ Sorries!!

i would imagine so, i'm sorry i don't have a visual reference on what 00 or 0 might mean in a legging? but these are tiny when they start, & can stretch to many times their original size, lol~ I hope that helps! Thanks for your interest! :)
