Do these stay in the ears better. Both me and my husband have ahard time with ear buds falling out of our ears because they all seem to big. Does the different shape help with this?

yes that's why they were redesigned becuase the original earbud shape really doesn't fit anyone's ears. however I have never put these in my ears. these are brand new.
