How much is shipping & how many cuttings?

I will ship the cheapest way I can through USPS.
I guess it depends where it's shipping to.
I know flat rate is best because it gets there within 2-3 days.
And I send a generous amount of cuttings.
Between 4-6 cuttings maybe more would also depend how high the bid goes.

cheapest is first class and it should be about $2.35 or less in a padded envie.

I've never shipped them in an envelope so I would think they may get crushed or how long it would take t get from point a to point b.
So I could not guarantee what condition they would be in when they arrive at destination.
But sure, I'll ship first class.

They are hardy plants and do not require any special packing. A bubble envie is what I always use when I ship cuttings
