@pookie most seeds as long as there stored correctly will grow just fine a year or 2 on (cool and dark said key some use fridges in the basement or just a celar type--I use paper seed packs in plastic sleeves in an ac building seems ok ATM lol)

Just because that's the date it's only for idiots to think they can't use the same pack for years because its "expired" yea a 95% germ rate could drop to 86% but that's why you allways plant a couple extra anyway!

The exact same is true with my fake milk ill but it 2 months past date if they let me! Because its still fine and I still drink and use it till its gone (I'm the only one in the house --I'm talking soy/almond/coconut milks occasionally rice milk when I want horchada)

Oh and more "food for thought" there was a 1000+ year old lotus I think seed that they were able to germinate if a seed that old could grow I think even 5 or 6 years past date is ok (just add a touch of fert to nudge the seed along)
