Wow..thats a crazy rule..no it does not say that..i even googled to make sure and it looks like poolmaster brand and swimline make ones that are...if your looking for some that is..i only heard of that being done in texas...is that where you live?

thank u for researching for me! i didnt realize it was a blow up type. most lifevest are us coast guard approved. we live in alabama! i dont really understand why they have that rule bc my 5 year old would do much better with arm floaties than a life vest! thanks again! will watch till the end!
