The listing, 1x2GB DDR2 Laptop RAM has ended.

1 stick of 2GB SO-DIMM for laptops. This was pulled from my working HTPC when it was upgraded. Please check compatibility with what you plan on putting this in BEFORE you bid.

It's missing the sticker due to it's proximity to my heat-sink, but rest assured, it IS 2GB. I will be doing more investigation and post any results I find concerning brand and speed. It's either 5300 or 6400 (667MHz or 800MHz), and believe it is Hynix brand if I remember right.

RAM prices are currently through the roof at retailers, save yourself some money here!

Unplug, remove your battery, stick the ram back in there by itself & take it to crucial. That way youll at least have the specs.

I don't have anything that takes DDR2 SO-DIMMs, otherwise I would have posted full memtest and CPU-Z infos. Sorry...

What I know as of now: The RAM is DDR2-667 CAS 5-5-5-15. I have it in a friend's laptop running memtest+ 3.5 and currently passing. I will include a pic of the completed test with the RAM when I mail it and post it here is Listia will allow it...

I take back the 667MHz remark, the FSB of the chipset is reporting 199 (200MHz) which would make it PC2-6400. I noticed the 1GB chip I have up also reported 665MHz and I know it's 6400 RAM and the FSB on it runs at 200MHz in memtest also...

After further investigation and comparison to other modules, I 99% believe this to be Samsung PC2-6400, FYI...
